Our websites are built on a platform called Duda. Its really simple to use and interactive. It doesn't require too much technical know how so its perfect for occasional website users.

No because we build the website for you. You need to know your business and how to sell it to your customers so that we can construct a website that works. Its helpful if you have existing brand assets such as colours and logos etc but we can work wihtout them.

All of our packages require a 12 month commitment. This spreads the cost of the website build across the year but we also include hosting and support in the package for extra value.

At the end of your initial 12 month period we can present you with choices. Whilst we would like you to stay with us, you can chose to host it yourself.

Everything we do is done in a modern web browser, so no specialist software is needed.

Our system is easy to use. It's a 'visual builder' which means you can type directly into the page, drag and drop the design and we have a great library of useful tools.

If you create your own pages, either by duplicating an existing page or creating one from scratch, there is no cost as this is your time. If you wish us to help you in part, or create the whole page ourselves, you can use your GOA Perks to get us to comlpete this task. Keep in mind that a full page design would require more than one GOA Perk. So you can save up unused GOA Perks, or buy more to top up to the correct amount.

We have a great Blog system and you are welcome to use it. There is no cost to add it. If you would like our time to help you style it for you, you can use your GOA Perks.

As part of our build process, we will add your website to Google and Bing search engines.

We will also help you add important Search Engine settings such as page titles and descriptions.

Regarding the position of your website relative to other websites, this is a complex topic and often sold by other companies as very simple (it isn't). We take the necessary, simple steps of registration and optimisation on your behalf at the launch of your website.

GOA Perks are a unit of time from one of our expert team members and you can trade them for some help with a task.

You can ask us to help you with pretty much anything and if we can help, we will. In each case we will tell you how many GOA Perks you will need to complete the task.

Our GOA Perks system is a really easy way of accessing our talented team and allows us to bring our skills and experience to help you make your website better in so many ways.

Our package costs include an initial number of page designs. If you feel that you need more or less pages for your new website, we can discuss a custom price with you.

We ask you to pay the first month in order to launch the website. All months after that should be paid by Direct Debit.

Each month, you get another GOA Perk (or more than one) to use. You can top up with extra Perks if you need help with a particularly big task, or you can save them up (to a fair limit) and plan ahead.

Each package level has a fair limit of maximum Perks carried forward, starting at 7.
